Noah, also known as GLOCKZ, is a Belgian producer. He’s been a musical creative since he was a child—at age 10, he listened to hard rock and metal and made that style of music himself. By age 12, he began listening to heavy metal artists like Slayer, Slipknot, and Megadeath. In 2012, he made a lot of music with electric guitar, and a little bit of acoustic, too. He dabbled in metal, but then tried electro for one year before starting dubstep in 2015—he hasn’t stopped making dubstep since.

After discovering future house, which he listened to more and more frequently, he became motivated to create his own music—tearout and riddim are his current favorite genres to produce. He is meticulous about researching the weirdest sound designs, which can take hours upon hours, but his creativity leads the way to new, exciting projects with fresh, original ideas. He looks up to Marauda, Akeos, Flix, Leotrix, HOL!, Hukae, and Slayer for inspiration.

When it comes to making music, GLOCKZ uses some chains as hats, some dark SFX, a distorted sub bass, some metallic percussions for aggressive and gloom (tearout) inspired tracks; and for the funny and less aggressive (riddim) tracks, he uses bouncy synths, flanger, and slicing flows. Other heavy sounds he has toyed with are: gun sounds, metallic sounds, machine guns, weird synths, and creepy and dark atmospheres.

His most memorable music experiences were when he played at Tomorrowland, Rampage, Canada, Hungary, and also France. These were all unique and amazing experiences to him. He would love to travel to visit other countries that he hasn’t been to yet.

The track ‘Jagerwomb’ which he collaborated with Azabim and Cybertr0n went viral and it is one of his favorite projects. This track was produced at Cybertr0n’s house in about four hours and uploaded on the same day. It was self-released again in a remix EP with Akeos, Flix, Madcore, and the two winners of the remix contest.

In the future, GLOCKZ wants to experiment with many metallic sounds, and metal guitar riffs. He’s currently working on some EPs featuring a handful of interesting artists, and he will give his best on these projects.
